Terms of service
Effective October 17, 2026 · Version 1.1
These terms govern your use of Plenor, the plenor.cl website and the related web application. Read them before you create your account or subscribe to a plan.
1. Who we are
Plenor is a service operated by Plenor SpA, domiciled in Viña del Mar, Chile ("Plenor").
You can write to us at contacto@plenor.cl. To report a security issue, write to security@plenor.cl.
2. Acceptance and access to these terms
By creating an account or using Plenor you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms are available at any time on plenor.cl, in Spanish and in English, and you can save or print them from your browser. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails. The effective date and the version appear at the top of this page.
3. The service
Plenor is a personal finance tool. It lets you record accounts, transactions, categories and goals, and see reports on that information in Chilean pesos and US dollars.
Plenor works in read-only mode: it reads the information of your accounts, but it does not move money. It does not execute transfers or payments from your accounts, does not hold funds and does not grant credit. Plenor is not a bank or a financial institution.
4. Who can use Plenor
To use Plenor you must be over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date. You may only connect bank accounts that are yours or that you are authorized to access.
5. Connecting your bank through Floid
If your plan includes it, you can connect your bank accounts to import your accounts, balances and transactions. The connection is made by Floid SpA, a financial aggregation provider in Chile. By connecting a bank you authorize us to ask Floid, on your behalf, to retrieve that information.
To connect your bank and for each sync you enter your RUT and your online banking password. Plenor transmits that information to Floid to carry out that request and does not store your bank password.
The connection is read-only and cannot move money from your accounts.
Because Plenor does not store your password, it cannot start a new request to your bank unless you enter it again. You can stop syncing at any time and ask us to disconnect your bank by writing to contacto@plenor.cl. You can also change your online banking password directly with your bank.
The availability and accuracy of the information depend on your bank and on Floid, so there may be delays, interruptions or differences. If there is any difference, your bank statements and official bank channels prevail.
6. Account security
You can create your account with your email address and a password, or sign in with your Google account.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for not sharing your access. We recommend that you do not use a password for Plenor that you use on other services, and that you never use your bank password as your Plenor password.
If you notice unauthorized access to your account, tell us right away at security@plenor.cl.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use Plenor to manage your own finances and in accordance with the law. You may not connect third-party bank accounts without their authorization, try to access other people's accounts or data, interfere with the security or operation of the service, or use automated means to extract information from Plenor.
If you find a vulnerability, report it to security@plenor.cl and do not exploit or disclose it before we can fix it.
8. Plans, payments, cancellation and right of withdrawal
Plenor offers a free plan and paid plans. The features, limits, prices and billing period, monthly or yearly, of each plan are shown on plenor.cl before you subscribe.
Payments are processed by Flow. Your card details are processed by Flow and never reach Plenor. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them.
You can cancel your paid plan at any time by writing to contacto@plenor.cl from the email address on your account. Cancelling stops the renewal: you keep the plan until the end of the period already paid and then move to the free plan.
Right of withdrawal: under article 3 bis letter b) of Chilean Law 19.496, you can withdraw from a paid plan, without giving a reason, within 10 days of subscribing. Plenor does not exclude this right. To exercise it, write to contacto@plenor.cl from the email address on your account saying that you withdraw.
If you withdraw, we will refund the amounts you paid, without deducting costs, as soon as possible and in any case within 45 days of your notice. Under the same law, the refund does not include the part that corresponds to the service already provided up to the date of withdrawal.
Outside the right of withdrawal, cancelling does not give a refund of the current period, which you can keep using until it ends. If you notice a wrong or duplicate charge, write to contacto@plenor.cl and, where appropriate, we will refund it. Nothing above limits your other rights under Law 19.496.
9. Not financial advice
The information, categories, reports and projections shown by Plenor are for reference only and are based on the data you enter or that is imported from your bank. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and the decisions you make with them are your responsibility.
10. Intellectual property
Plenor, its brand, design and software belong to Plenor SpA or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited and non-transferable license to use the service while your account is active.
The financial data you enter or import is yours. We only use it to provide the service to you, as explained in our Privacy policy.
11. Limitation of liability
We work to keep Plenor available and working correctly, but there may be interruptions, errors or maintenance, especially in the information that depends on your bank or on Floid.
Plenor SpA is not liable for the financial decisions you make based on the information shown in the service or for indirect damages. In all other cases, the total liability of Plenor SpA to you for direct damages arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to Plenor in the 12 months before the event that gives rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply in case of fraud or gross negligence by Plenor SpA, and they do not affect the rights that Law 19.496 declares non-waivable, including your right to compensation for defects that affect the usefulness or essential purpose of the service.
12. Closing your account and deleting your data
You can stop using Plenor at any time and delete your account from Settings › Account, under Delete account. When you delete it, we cancel your paid plan right away, if you have one, without refunding the current period; we disconnect your banks, delete your data and send you an email confirming the deletion. Deletion cannot be undone. If you are still within the withdrawal period, exercise that right before deleting your account. You can also ask for deletion by writing to contacto@plenor.cl from the email address on your account. What we keep after deletion, and for how long, is explained in the Privacy policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that puts the security of the service or of other users at risk. Unless a security risk or a legal obligation prevents it, we will let you know by email and tell you why.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example because of changes to the service or to the law. Each new version will be published on this page with its effective date and version number.
If the changes are significant, we will let you know by email at least 15 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel your plan and close your account before that date.
14. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, and any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of Chile.
As a consumer, under article 50 A of Law 19.496, you can file your complaints with the local police court (juzgado de policía local) of your domicile or of the domicile of Plenor SpA, at your choice.
15. Contact
